February 2006 IAEA report
The Paris Agreement ended officially when on February 6, 2006, Iran informed the IAEA of its intention to suspend adherence to the Additional Protocol. The letter communicating this is reproduced in relevant part in the February 2006 IAEA report.
Paris Agreement
The Paris Agreement was signed on November 15, 2004 by representatives from Iran, the United Kingdom, Germany, France and the European Union. Iran agrees on a voluntary basis to suspend "all enrichment related and reprocessing activities, and specifically: the manufacture and import of gas centrifuges and their components; the assembly, installation, testing or operation of gas centrifuges; work to undertake any plutonium separation, or to construct or operate any plutonium separation installation; and all tests or production at any uranium conversion installation."
