Iran’s Reactor Claims: A Pretext for More 20 Percent Enriched Uranium?

Iran’s announcement this week that it wants to build four new nuclear research reactors should be viewed skeptically. Such announcements can shroud other intentions, in this case an attempt by Iran to lay the basis for continued or even increased enrichment of 20 percent enriched uranium at the Natanz centrifuge plant.
