On September 17, 2009 an Associated Press article by George Jahn sparked widespread discussion on what the IAEA actually knew and thought about the nature of Iran’s nuclear program. The September 17 article was more recently followed by another very interesting piece by Mark Hibbs who described the Agency’s internal debates.
