Latest release of the ISIS illicit procurement case studies

This is the latest report in a series of illicit trade case studies including Iranian efforts to obtain dual-use equipment for Iran’s growing nuclear program.
The study focuses on the case of Mahmoud Yadegari, an Iranian-Canadian citizen who was arrested in April 2009 in Canada while attempting to export to Iran transducers that had been previously purchased in the United States.
