On November 27, 2009 the Board of Governors issued a resolution urging Iran to accept the IAEA brokered deal for the exchange of Iranian LEU in place of fuel for the Tehran research reactor and, condemned Iran’s construction of the undeclared uranium enrichment facility near Qom. The resolution also urged Iran to stop construction of the Qom (otherwise known as Fordow) facility and to fully comply with the Additional Protocol for the Code 3.1 of the safeguards agreement.
